Return & Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ocaudesigns@gmail.com.

Steps to follow – 


1.  Raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product through . Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request through ocaudesigns@gmail.com / info@theocau.com. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.

2. Mention the order details and the shipping address will be our official address.

3. The Courier will be arranged or the shipping charge will be credited from our side for exchange, which will be notified through email.

4. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.

5. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 2 days of receiving the shipment.

6. Custom made orders and the items bought during sales are non- exchangeable/cancellable/refundable.

 

International Orders :


1.If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, the entire amount will be refunded.

2.  In case  you want to return the products , the shipping , customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.

3. We do not have an exchange policy for international orders.


Note for Return and Exchange :


* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

*  Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be exchanged.

* Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 2/3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

* Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customised orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.

* Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
